brittle feathers

hi all any help would be appreciated i fly thief pouters but have one particular hen that is a very clever hen but lately every time i put her out she seems to break a flight feather can birds get brittle feathers what causes it and how do i fix it

some seem to get brittle feathers, could be a vitamin deficiency during the moult or something else causing the flights to dry out.

Easily fixed with super glue.

try using more oily seed rape etc thats all they need or pour some oils on your corn buy lots from asda tesco

not enough amino acids during the moult causes brittle feathers,  the moult is the mostimportant time of the season
