Guest scoobybob Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 I have a white bird that over the last few days has formed a growth on his wing, not shoulder but next joint leading edge. Its about ¾ long and 3/8 wide and skin colour. He quite often knocks it and the growth seems full of blood this then forms a scab on the growth. Apart from the growth he seems very healthy.
Guest scoobybob Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 It does look like a blister they type you get when you have been on the shovel all day. I have just paired this bird with another white well red and white at the mo.... ;D
Guest shadow Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 try feeding barley and put garlic in the water if it grows bigger tie some strong string round the base of the growth this will cut of the blood supply and the growth will fall off usually caused by to much protien in the diet
