and there several different theories on dealing with them

A garlic in drinkers

B garlic in bath water

C cider vinegar in drinkers

D cider vinegar in bath

E table salt in bath

F malt vinegar in bath

G potassium permanganate in bath

now I have done a goggle search on them and poultry sites say potassium permanganate

but none say the DOSE to use

likewise some who took time to post THEIR theories never posted doses

and this is the information we really need to know

maybe you use  a combination of some of the above let us know micko

i would put half a teaspoon condies crytals in the bath,, a lot like garlic [cant go wrong there,, put too much in ,,they wont bath ] couple   cloves  of garlic in a lemonade bottle ,filled with warm [not boiling] ,,left a few days ,, just a blub blub blub in the drinking  water ,, again too much,, they,ll not drink,,,spoonfull cider vinegar in drinker [not all at the same time ;D] again too much they wont drink it,, i never put cider vinegar in bath,,,, use to put salt in the bath,, just to clean any wounds or grazes ,, supposed to be good for lice [makes them thirsty ;D],,

but nowt really beats clean  pure  water in the bath  [you can put as much as you like in ;D]
