thanks for the information lads do u give cider vinigar like on a sunday and thursday and some garlic in between tryin to get them on a healthy system any information welcome          jimmy

I give it Sunday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's. 1 cap to a full drinker. Garlic Wednesday's.
