i feed gerry plus for short races and for my distance team bamfords irish mix with popcorn maize

and peanuts for setting them up for long races

the best sprint mixtures ive came across are marimans super winner and the gaby vandenbeele mixture

i beleive a corn with high carboheydrates for sprint birds,, but with distance birds [worked hard ]a  higher  protein diet followed by a high carboheydrate diet nearer the distance race
