Guest Hjaltland Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 I did... Seemed like a good idea at the time.. High protein, high oil, loads of vitamins... I tried just adding a few along with corn, wouldnt touch it, I tried feeding on its own, wouldnt touch it and I eventually gave up thinking they just wouldnt touch the stuff.. the bag lay around the shed for weeks until I spread it on the lawn..... then the bugg3ers ate it and they sh@t and sh@tlike there was no tomorrow and the shed smelled pretty grim. Fish pellets are made for fish, made from fish meal and fish oil for.... FISH!! I thought that even if they only ate a pellet or two now and then it would be really good for them... probably a good idea, only problem is their digestive systems ain't cut out for a diet of fish. BTW in my case the pellets were made for salmon smolts. Have fun, Kenny
