Unlike some on here Pigeon Tracker actually put thier money where thier mouth is and are at least £12.50 cheaper than the couriers commented on and we only carry birds nothing else, if we can do it from one end of the Country to the best part of the other then so can anyone else. ??) What's wrong with pointing that out? :-/ Someone just explained how JMCouriers manage to keep thier prices so low and I applaud them for being able to do so, I'd even use them myself for my own birds because they could get them to me cheaper than it costs me to get or send them so there's no critisism where it isn't due, even if you and a select few others try to make it out otherwise. I can confidently go over every single one of my posts and show I NEVER critisice where it isn't due. It always seems the same with the courier posts, Pigeon Tracker stand up for the fancy and get slated for it. :-/ Why the hell do you think Scotland is having so many problems getting their birds at the moment and having to pay so much extra than they did with us last year? Its because of certain people and their constant big mouths slating Pigeon Tracker, for what? standing up for the fancy and being honest about the prices the likes of the Scottish are having to pay? It can't be for the quality of service that's for sure because that's one department we don't fall short in, even our arch enemy bigda can't say anything about that. ;D Pigeon Tracker are passionate about the fancy and looking after them but for some unfathonable reason some just can't see the wood for the trees and are spoiling it for the rest of the fancy who we know for a fact are strugging to get their birds in or out and having to pay over the odds; talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth. :-/ Gemma (grizzle_hen) has politely asked me via p.m not to post in courier topics because she recognises that if Pigeon Tracker dare post a factual comment its like a red rag to a bull with a few select idiots who are hell bent on spoiling it for others by trashing good constructive threads so I'll respect her wish whether I like it or not. :B You state that your cheaper than those that are discussed on here, and your £12.50 cheaper than them, ok lets say J & M couriers £25 and a great service, so you will do it for £12.50. also you say you would even use them for your own birds as they are cheaper ?? what a contradiction in terms for yourself. also that Gemma has asked you not to post but still you have ?? well answer the question about when my son wanted 2 birds going to scotland you quoted £50..... and you say you charge £40 at most.. i think this is a totally fabricated idea you have of being the best.. your not and you change your prices as and when suits you, because you did quote my son £40 then 2 days later said you cant get to him for whatever reason , but said you would pick the birds up special for £50 !!!! modern day dick turpin or complete cowboy.... yeeeha i oh silver your away ... oh happy days ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
joe61 Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 i dont think the fact of not supplying boxes is really knocking the great service that jm gives. its just a very small part of it. i personally would prefer to have a courrier supplying boxes but thats just me and no knocking anyone..before anyone jumps the gun. i dont think as some put it like the courriers are there just to help us pigeon guys out...they are not they are there to make money ..fact...and im not saying that in a knocking way .they are a business full stop! i will continue to use jm if they supply boxes or not because i think they are nice people....its the way all courriers should be ..it enhances their business popularity. ill have the kettle on when they arrive if they ever want a cuppa as they have done in the past best of luck to jm this season :) well siad strapper, i agree, J & M are the tops.......

JM can't get up your way as much as they'd like to but for those lucky enough to be able to work around them they provide a fantastic service, one we couldn't beat for price that's for certain.

Without having your real name Joe I can't comment accurately, but on that occassion I'm guessing we had NO deliveries going anywhere near that way and would have made that clear. We would have made a gesture of goodwill not to let you down to send a van out specially for you with a ceiling of £50 for diesel which still probably wouldn't have covered the expense? Could you have done it cheaper? Can you tell me where you were sending them from and where to? Why is it that there was peace on this site regarding couriers until Pigeon Tracker emerges from his slumber and carries on where he left of a while back? Read these posts, it's not just a few, but the vast majority who are sick and tired of his rantings. He treats everyone with contempt, including yourselves. This forum has had some fantastic debates on all manner of topics, and I think I speak for the vast majority, when I say, consistent "Courier knocking" by a competitor and by one person in particular, is spoiling a good forum for everyone.
