this is the 1st time ive used a carier since amtrak and i will never use pigeonforce again. had some birds picked up buy them yestoday they texted me saying they would be here today b4 12 ive just phoned them they said its nowt to do with us we use Spds and went to meet them this morning but not turned up. i am so mad ive had to stay in and pay a tenner in a taxi to pick my doughter from school cow boys in my view so weres my birds

sory you have had a bad experience and i prob would be spitting if it was me but i have to say ive used them 3 times latley and have had a 1st class service every time in fact it must cost julie a fortue in phone calls telling you excatly what is going on but thins do go wrong from time to time and spds are exelent aswell now not makeing excuses for them but things do happen broken down vech. ect iam sure it will be sorted

sorry to pigeon forse was well out of order just have a lot on at the moment plus it dont help my phone having a bad signal and i realise the problum was not yours all the best paul

With regards to the bad feed back and I would like to explain the full facts behined this.

The birds were picked up in Scotland yesterday,by spds and travelled during the night.

Julies dad (Ronnie) was at Spds this morning at 7:45am (as arranged with spds) to pick up the birds and take them to mr Charlton straight away, due to no one turning up at spds until 12:15 pm after numerous phone calls to them we managed to pick the birds up and took them straight there, I have since spoken to mr Charlton and we have agreed that this is a one off incident out of our control.
