my young birds was picked up friday morning and i got them at 13.15 today should of been yesterday morning so wont be useing them again

How far did the courier have to drive? 50 miles or 700 miles?.

same here   think it was castle couriers - i wont be using them - no need to got a local courier  ;D

i was told they would be delivered saturday morning and where they collected them from was about 3 and half hours drive from me {castle courier}

Think you really need to get in touch with them first and ask WHY this happened then decide if a genuine mistake was made as hard as it may seem them criticise if you feel it was justified but would give the chance first to answer for themselves

On average 50 mph, x 3hr 30mins 175 miles divided by 48 hrs = 3.6458 miles an hour

 

He must have got a puncture on his push bike.

just wondered because when i phoned them this morning he was in pitsea dropping of at 9.30 then i was next but it aint 3.45 minutes away im about an hour tops but they gave me no reason when i asked why they wasnt delivered he said i dont know mate

He collected from me about 10.30 then he was off to tilbury were are you

thats right they delivered to me last week from the same point to point no trouble i could understand if there was a problem but he didnt leave till 6 am this morning instead of yesterday with no phone call its not on

he said he had one more and that was greenhithe so he drove straight past greenhithe to get to mine i have some more to collect next week so be looking for another courier
