Can anyone help? PRPA 2007 PAKISTAN

Was asked by a fellow member of my club who has had a pigeon in his loft for the past week if anyone knows how to report a PAKISTAN pigeon?   Its ring reads   PRPA 2007 PAKISTAN 1542.   He has tried the SHU to no avail, any help would be appreciated.

alot of people are buying rings of ebay and putting it on there young birds, which is going against the rules, the bird is more then likely scottish or english

I've pm'd Asif Fida to see if he can find out who the ring is registered to. Agree tho, highly likely bird has a novelty ring on and has been lost locally.
