phil411 Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 hi all ... my friend as been gifted a pair of birds there o6 and 07 and he as had them in the loft since xmas and the are well paired up there both sat in the bowl and flapping the wings litely and prrrring but this pair havent had one round ... other birds are on second round is there any think that u can think of to do i said to split them up for a week then try again and he took the hen out for 4 days poped her back in then paird up again and notting still ... he as got 5 pairs in a 10x6 shed

cowman Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 i had this last year with a pair both cock and hen would sit tight in the bowl with no eggs try floating some eggs under them once they have reared one round they got on with laying their own after that .
