stray bird

hello. i noticed a stray bird flying around for a week or so around my estate. it come in on tuesday, it is a nwhu rung pigeon and it had a race rubber. the thing is it is an 07 bird an must have got lost last year as a young bird. i know its been living wild be cause it is in very bad condition (worse tyhan the worst town pigeons) itsvery thin. its seems healthy though, just in bad condition. it has a stamp on its flight but it has lightened and i cant really make out what it says (it might be woods.h.s i think to hard to tell). its ring number is

nwhu 07 c0884. anyone any ideas whose it is. tried to ring the club a numerous amount of times yesterday  but no answer.
