flown in today with my yearlings back from buckingham race , no id on bird

i have jus been informed that bird belongs to a mr sibley , but i have no address or phone number ?

jus wanted to say that the bird above  has still not been picked up as the bloke refuses to contact me , been on phone to whu 4 times now since and they say each time they will sort it ,  :-/

hi rick ,,,,i think [with the shu anyway] the owner has 3 days to send for the bird ,[or transfer the bird  if the finder is  agreeable]if  he doesnt , report this matter to the union , where the member will get a warning  , if not heeded within 7 days , the member will be automaticly suspended , and his club secy,notified,,,,,,such suspension can only be uplifted by the union secy, after the offender produces evidence of having claimed or transferred the  bird,,,, the offending member must pay a fee to the union of £10 ,which must be paid in full before he is reinstated ,,,,,,,,,,i should imagine the welsh union would have a similar ruling
