big don Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 its ashame fancyers dont stamp thire young birds . mine are stamped and get a leg ring with my number on it before they are let out for the 1st time . i beleve you should give your young birds every chance . hope you find the owner cottage lofts
cottage lofts Posted July 11, 2008 Author Report Posted July 11, 2008 all mine are stamped before they first go out of the loft this hen as been out a long time as its thin but ok i have reported to rpra and they will send me details of the owner. must be a good un because its a NFC RING
big don Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 you might be right but keep it away from your birds and if the owner will tranfere it to you treat it before you let it run with yours a lot of good birds have come from gifts
cottage lofts Posted July 11, 2008 Author Report Posted July 11, 2008 its in a empty widow box on its own fed and watered. i think its a local fancier so they will probably collect..
