Dead bird found NEHU 2008 GF

Hello I am not sure where to post this.I found a pidgeon dead in my garden around 10am this morning 7th August 2008.It had a green ring on its leg which had a number 958.Also a white ring on the other leg which had 3076 NEHU 2008 GF.It appeared in beautiful condition no noticable marks.

 

I noticed it the day before unable to fly properly.I hope you can contact the owner to let them know.Thanks
