I found this bird  A1727NTU7 05 yesterday it is now safe in the aviary with my fantails how do I go about finding the owner of this bird I live in Bristol Debra

Hi the bird also has a red ring I had a look this morning and there is a number on it I think it is a phone number I will try and read it with the help of my husband and a magnifying glass

Hi I have been keeping a lost tippler pigeon  A1727NTU7 05 in with my Fantails for over a week now we phoned the owner last Saturday and he said he would make arrangements to collect it I haven’t heard from him he lives in Newcastle and I am in Bristol so to far and expensive for him to collect what do I do now.
