Loft Manager Posted August 29, 2005 Report Posted August 29, 2005 The fifth race of the season is from Melton Mowbray, just over 135 miles to the loft. The long range weather forecast says a south west wind. Possibly rain about though.

Loft Manager Posted September 2, 2005 Author Report Posted September 2, 2005 Birds sent to Melton Mowbray 2nd Sept 05 ---------------------------------------------- 05 06 08 12 14 16 18 22 23 That should be nine. #02 and #21 have been left off this week as #02 is in egg, and #21 was due to lay her 2nd egg tonight. (Shame because I fancied 02 this week again ) As a matter of interest the cock that has been coming, #06 is the only one that the darkness didnt stop his wing moult, he's on his 6th flight, but had the usual darkness body moult, it hasnt stopped him has it! Seeya tomorrow, Loftmanager
Loft Manager Posted September 3, 2005 Author Report Posted September 3, 2005 Up at 13:50 in a South East; the first through the door was #23, followed by #06 and #22. I've updated the pages with the full result and report, etc. Note the Syndicate ratings were calculated differently this week.
