Hi Ali,

 

The thing is it was in my garden when I bought the house so no idea how old it is. It is quite sturdy still but the windows all seem to be coming loose but then again you probably would not want to keep the glass windows if you are building a loft. I live in Morden, South London. I have booked a pick up through the coucil for Friday morning so if you dont want it, its no problem. I was told to advertise it first before throwing it out.
