Ownership of the card is ownership of the bird.bilco you still have to fill in the transfer form and them you get sent the ring card, Dont have one on me at the moment but pm me and i will get you one, if say the bird was registered to bilco and you gave the bird away along with the ring card and someone raced or lost it ,when it was checked for ownership or reported it would still be in your name. people cant race or show birds registered to another fancier. ;) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
