Taurus xl clock

Hi can anyone help me out I have a Taurus xl clock and need to reassign some new ets rings to pigeons as last week the ets ring came up as unknown rings but they where raced last year the clock want go into assignment mode I press 7 and then 7 and it goes in to basking mode
