New partnership, surplus distance birds

Due to creating a new partnership in an area I have just moved to I have the following surplus stock birds. For those interested in the eye, these pigeons were all examined by Bill Carney and kept for stock, (rubbish was disposed of). By the way Bill Carney no longer goes around lofts, it was a personal favour he did for me 12 months ago, please do not badger him to visit because his health no longer allows.

1 Red Ch Cock 2002, a son of Jac Wolter's Red Barcelona which was 1st San Sebastian, and 5 X Barcelona, best performance 94th Dutch national 1997; by a daughter of Frenken Bros Rambo, Rambo flew Barcelona 6 times winning good prizes. In this birds pedigree are also birds from Jan Theelan and H Peeters.

2  Ch C 2004 son of no 1 when mated to a pure Van der Wegen hen, both parents bred by Jac Van der Wegen, the sire is from a son of Playboy x daughter of Stefan and the dam from a son of Lichtoger by a sister of Staaloger.

3 Ch H 2004, this hen I think is a bit special. Her sire is pure Van Der Wegen, which has bred a 1st Nantes winner, both parents were bred by Jac Van Der Wegen, the sire is a grandson of 1st National Barcelona and the dam a granddaughter of 1st International Barcelona. The mother of this hen is pure Van Braune, she has bred, 1st club, 1st Fed, 2nd Combine 520 miles and 94th open MNFC 644 miles the longest flying bird on the result among others. She is a full sister to the Sticker 11 times across the Channel, 11 times in the clock 2nd Northern Classic 557 miles and the Banker 11th amal from 532 miles only 18 birds in the amal in race time, (he was also 3rd classic 557 miles)

4 Ch H 2004 both parents from Mr & Mrs Geoff Cooper, Sire Blue cock for whom I didn't get the details, dam a Dark hen whose sire is Bernie a full brother of Zania who took top positions in the International from Barcelona and Perpignon and the dam is the 'Classic hen' an exceptional breeder, dam and granddam of winners. The classic hen is out of Bernard 11 a top stock cock when mated to a daughter of Leisbet 1st national 2nd International Barcelona

I have not been able to get a loft up for the past twelve months, so none of the 2004 birds have been bred from and I only bred one round from the red cock in 2004.

Will accept an offer of £250 for all 4. All birds plus carraige.

Will make a contribution to the site if birds sell.

dont know if you have had any offers where are you based as dont know if birds are still being transported round the uk due to bird flu so if sucsessfull may have to collect them my self

Spedbird, I'll check but don't think there is a problem as birds are coming from one location/loft. I'll post back later.

I'll make a seperate post in a short while giving some rules about the 'bidding' to safeguard all those who may wish to bid.
