Richard & Gemma have a thankless job and do it well Some members on need to grow up The site is as it say Pigeon Basics I cannot understand why some members want to post some of the rubbish they do. Someone said there is no bad language used on this site I think he /she needs to look at more posts. Why some people want to post a load of rubbish and cause disruption I find hard to believe Members banned have no one else but themselves to blame. If I was a moderator I would shut down post a lot more swifter, it is as plain as the nose on your face when trouble is brewing. The smart ones that post under different names are not as smart as they think, they can be traced quite easily, why would you want two or three names to post under if it is not for the purpose of causing trouble. I post under my name and am not affraid to let you who I am. Richard & Gemma have had more than their share of bad posts,PMs and phone calls but if at the end of the day you dont like the way the forum is run go elsewhere, you are not forced to comment or view. Richard started this site, owns it and should be respected for his inititative not questioned by all. I think mods should be more stricter with posts that we can all see going wrong and not leave it to rumble on and end up shut down, as I said before go somewhere else if you don't like it. I hope Richard & Gemma get a lot of satisfaction from all your messages supporting them on this site and long may it continue I post this as my views and will not reply to them that want an arguement This is to show my support for all the govenors wheather the are mods or not without them we would not be here. OK lad's I have just read your comments :o :o :o I am gob smacked at them and the total which is higher than Jumbos calculations but I have conned him ;) ;) ;) he is one of the Treasures who has to sign the cheques. Hope I have one up on you Jim ( speak to your brother) First of all thanks to the donors I could not have asked for a better response to the project. I think the birds on offer show how good this project has been accepted by all, what started as a casual comment (from Kevin Elliot) has lead to this Kingslea One Loft Race and all that is happening at the moment. Thanks to Aberdeen University and the SHU (They dont know what an opportunity they missed) I have capatilised on an opportunity to promote pigeon racing to schools. Thanks to all who partisipated in the last sale and this one you have raised enough to allow 80 schools to partisipate in next years race. Thanks to Richard & Gemma from Pigeon Basics for all the help. The web site which was built by Richard free. Thanks Richard. Let's get this years race over and give the five schools that are partciipating for the first time in a pigeon race something to look forward to. I need 80 schools which are willing to accept information on this project all over the UK for 2010 to help promote this event. If you want to forward a school please get a teachers name & school e-mail address to forward info to and I will do the rest. And last but not least THANKS to all the bidders whether you were successful or not for making this such a success Ian
