  1. Well done you! Couple of years ago we had a cracking season with our widows and they were all home most weeks within 15 minutes of each other. Started with 20 cocks and still had 20 on last race - not one of them nighted out either. Some seasons are just like that aren't they. Trick is to keep doing it!! Let us know how you get on with results tonight!
  2. :-/ sorry pigeon!!!!
  3. had a pigion go back and forth from depot to depot. after five days it finally arived and she soon pulled round. just hope you are as fortunate. i only use amtrak now when i am forced to.
  4. Used gem feeds this year with widowhood cocks, they fly and look graet on it and like you say a 25k bag goes a lot firther and its cheaper as well.

  6. Took advice on board, will try it tomorrow.
  7. > Please help - have had two attacks on young birds from sparrowhawk. Since then they are extremely jumpy (understandable) but now they just won't fly - won't come out of the shed, I have to shoo them out, they whizz round in a circle about 10 feet off the ground at 90 miles an hour then after about 5 minutes they land on the shed roof venting like mad. They have been "cleaned out" thorougly and injected. Any suggestions would be gratefully received, while I still have some hair left to pull out!!!
