The pigeon is still here and quite happy too! I have spotted some more numbers. GB 06 F2-743 0R F2743- Does the F stand for Folkestone?

I have a white pigeon that has taken up residence in my garden, Stockton on tees. It has a yellow ring, with GB the numbers 743. I cant get close enough to make out the other numbers. It has been here for about 5 days. Any advice?
