Hi there.  I'm Pierre from Comproware, the developers of Hawkeye.  Could you perhaps tell me who's e-mails went unanswered?  Since the spam blocking era started, we had several individuals who does not receive our e-mail replies.  The biggest cause was that the e-mailer did not have us on there white list.  We also had a few individuals who provided the incorrect reply e-mail address when lodging a problem on our web site.  Another problem that occurred was that the user's e-mail inbox size was exceeding their quota.   
I'm posting this here to explain why someone might not get a response from us.  We have updated the support system and I'm sure this will not happen anymore.  We have implemented a ticketting system where you can lodge a ticket on the web site.  This way you can follow the progress until such time as it get closed.  The great benefit of this is that spam filters/rules, typo's will no longer prevent you from getting a response.
