i got my cousin into pigeons i told him i had some (never saw him in a long time) he said he always wanted to keep them and now he keeps fantails and tumblers.

i agree fifer and Hyacinth have had lots of advice of old pepole they are the best for hints and tips they have had the more expiriance than others.

i am new to the sport aswell i found lots of help and got things of pepole to start up perches, baskets,nestbowls,pigeons ect. i think if pepole with big lofts and time to go round to schools and tell them about them and bring a few pigeons with them to show them how nice they are and how good the sport is. martin

just thougth i would start this topic because of what happened to me today. i was going up to my loft this afternoon to let the pigeons out i went in the loft to sort them out before i was going to let them out and then i tried to get out but i could not get out meanwhile i was in the loft thinking of a way to get out could not think of anything so i shouted for help an hour passed by and then i thougth i will wait for someone to come half an hour later my mom come and rescued me it realy pi**ed me off all afternoon. so lets here your stories
