Hi, a bird landed this afternoon and started following me around. When I first saw it ,it was hunched and looking pretty sorry for itself. It showed no sign of leaving so I picked it up and put it in a cage with bird seed and water, ate the seed like hell!! It has a white ring, number 4008, and a red ring, numbers WHU 2008 and N1 2003. Any advice please?
