    IT`S HERE AT LAST!!

well i read a lot, look as much as i love pigeons i do volunteer at a falconry center, really i don't see why we should see falcons killed by fanatic fanciers( no offense but there are some who carry guns and shoot falcons on site). just trust me, go to a falconry center, look at the birds not as predators, but as birds and instead of focusing on their ferocity, look at how they fly, yes the numbers are out of control, but falconers lose their birds to wild falcons as well. they spend thousands on training/housing/etc. on their birds and have them struck down, they don't go mad, they have to live with it cos they understand, back to pigeons. this will sound mean, but re-read some of your posts and this will come easy. a falcon only goes after weak/old birds, basically its natures form of quality control. and also the falcons probably have families to feed, if we hunted for food after we have babies we would need to hunt harder. finally, i'm not trying to make a name for myself, but its in desperate times like this where both sides have trouble, visit this website: http://www.falconcrimes.co.uk/ , falconers have been conned by their authorities and have had their bird taken for no reason. its time we put down our guns and team up, maybe we can solve each others problems, just a 14 year olds thoughts,

    IT`S HERE AT LAST!!

this is getting rediculous i am new so maybe i dont know the full scale but from what i read on this forum as soon as someone makes a thread or reply that even remotely seems like they are defending falcons they get threatening replies. why? i think instead of inciting a metaphorical war on bops and their owners why dont we try to ally? think of it for a sec. we, working with the falconers, can lend each others expertise to help each others birds, falconers( with their immense knowledge on falcons) might happily tell us if they find a way to keep wild falcons away. so while were wasting time fighting the falconers more of our precious pidgeons are being lost. maybe its time we set our differences aside and work together... and watch people threaten me from this post, i just hope you read till this point before saying im as evil as the falcons and for gods sake falcons kill to survive, ive seen them fly and they're beautiful, i like em as much as i like pigeons now think of it this way, i joined the international falconry forum and if you saw that story about a pigeon used as live bait at a pere nest, they were equally as disgusted, but as soon as you hear a falcon is dead you jump for joy, read your posts and try to find a human emotion called shame
