bird has grain and water in sight but appears to be too nervous to feed - it has been local to this garden for about 10 days so i think it is thoroughly disorientated? R

Found Pigeon in superb condition - both legs ringed, blue on left, green on right with number/code but cannot get close enough to bird to identify number Hampshire-Dorset region Please adivse R
