That's for sure i think the 50 cocci tabs and 50 canker tabs were £33+ with postage

I am not questioning whether they are a professional outfit or not.different people different opinions,last year I had Belgica de weerdt Do a full test on my birds but I had to send droppings and throat swabs the results were slight cocci and slight canker everything else was clear, I bought from them cocci tabs and canker tabs but never used them, Shroeder Tollisan said to me to just give 2days Baycox to treat the cocci, So two very good vets Two different opinions hence my question

Shroeder Tollisan offer a full round off tests for Fungal ,Yeasts, Cocci, Canker,Chlamydia, Bacteriology, Parasitology, all for €20 This is all carried out using dropping samples only. no crop swabs are used, I always thought you would need throat swabs taken for some tests and I believe it used to be a blood sample for Chlamydia, I had the full range of tests carried out using droppings samples only and the results were all clear except for a slight cocci count, I was obviously very pleased with the results but am I kidding my self?? I picked up the test kit at Epsom Show so I thought I would use it and was assured that droppings only were needed for the full tests. So what are the members opinions???

Thanks again for everyone's replies I finally got a dosage measurement today which is a 1/4 of a level teaspoon about the size of a pea or bean also the dosage isn't critical, and to those who did their own calculations you were near as damn it spot on thanks again. Mickee

Thank you all for your replies it is much appreciated, I had a stir around inside the tub with a spoon but nothing appeared so tomorrow I will empty the contents and let you know if I find anything.rapid de chlor gets rid of chlorine and chloramine and as I like to give probiotics and natural products i want the birds to get the full benefits

Can anyone please tell me the dosage for rapid de chlor, it says on the tub a level measure spoon 0.5 grams per 9litres of water. I don't know if it means a tea spoon or if there should be a measure spoon in the tub
