thank you so much for coming round jimmy, you are a star! i hope youre warmed up now. trust the little blighters to leave! they mustve spotted your net i will keep you updated in regards to if they are there or not. if you decide to come back let me know so i can at least make you a cup of tea. my mum will be extremely pleased to be called a young lady! im not allowed to divulge her age but lets just say she doesn't pay bus fare! ;D sorry the white pigeon wasn't yours, hopefully he/she will come back soon.

pm'd you!

excuse me?
-
will they be ok just roosting on the roof? i wouldve thought theyd be awfully cold and exposed?
-
thanks i have been leaving food but they wont come down to eat. i managed to get a little sweetcorn onto the roof theyre on, but as its quite windy i couldnt get any lentils or anything else light up there. my boyfriend managed to climb up and pop a tin of water in the guttering, but i dont know if theyve been using it. can just hope for the best eh.

thanks for your support i know im being a pain in the bum, but someone must be missing them. if i had a shed id happily let them stay, although my cat might think theyre dinner! i think its a lovely think to keep pigeons and regard the sport well so dont worry there was a local pigeon club in a football club very near where i live, but some little monsters set it on a fire a while back, otherwise im sure someone there wouldve had a go at catching them.

anyone fancy giving pigeon catching a go? theyre depressing me sitting on that roof all the time, poor things.
-
mornings past and birds still there, let me know if you can still come.
-
feel free to give me a call if you cant see them and ill come out and see if i can help. thanks a million

not heard from brian, dont think hes online at the mo. if anyone can contact him and persuade him he really wants to haul himself out in the freezing cold and catch birds thatd be nice! ill owe him one.
-
im sorry i dont know what that means. theres one grey and one mostly white. theyre still there now, i dont think theyll last much longer unless someone comes for them tonight. can anyone help?
-
birds there for third day, wont come down to eat, obviously cold and confused, if anyone wants to collect them you would be more than welcome
-
pigeons were there again today, cant see them now though. they may still be lurking nearby somewhere but theyre not on the roof. hopefully theyve found their way home.
-
ah thats a relief that theyll be ok. thanks so much
-
thanks. do you think they will be alright until then? i know theyre prob not used to being left out. i tried to coax them down but they just eyed me suspiciously. heres my number incase you need help finding them 6632393

argh you poor thing! its wild out there. i wasnt sure if you were coming or not or would have pointed them out to you (and tried to deflect rain from your face!)
-
:-/ 2 spare birds anyone?!
-
if youd be willing to come and get them just let me know so i can rest easy lol
-
i hope i didnt sound too rude there! and thanks for all the replys, youre a friendly bunch.

unfortunetley the council took his shed away and i dont have one. im afraid i probably wouldnt be much use catching them or knowing who to give them to, im a bit clueless about the whole thing! im a huge animal lover though so rather worried about the wee things. i think the address of the empty house is 1 quarryfoot gardens. it has a large garden backing onto mine, with trellis on the wall. if you would like to get them that would be fantastic!! and im sure the birds would be grateful
-
i wouldnt have a clue what to do with them im afraid, im not sure i would be of much use! i have a cat too. very kind of you though. im in lothian street and theyre on the roof of the empty bungalow behind mine in quarryfoot gardens if that infos of any use to you.
-
im afraid i dont know as i dont have them contained, and no-one will help unless i have them contained with ring numbers apparently. poor things are sitting huddled up on the roof, must be freezing.

one grey pigeon and one white pigeon sitting on the roof of my neighbour jimmys old house. he used to keep pigeons but now his house is empty, i think he may have passed away. the pigeons were relocated but i dont know where, and i am a little worried they cant find their way to their new home. anyone looking for them?
