rules state no one can stop you using it but you must use two officails of the club to help set the clock/ mark pigeons etc. our club made everyone ets officials so everyone could help thats where your problem lies, have a chat with your fed sec/ region comitee if the club gets arsey and wont train on how to use it you have the right to go any club already using ets or have there officals come to you.
