try a system restore? as discussed above, this solves most problems that arise all of a sudden. As long as you have not put on any new software recently? it should sort it for you? if you are unsure how to to do it PM me and we can try it over the phone? programs/accssories/system tools/system restore is how you get there.... hope this helps............
