The neighbours are old and i cant talk to them as they are very nasty. I had to get the RSPCA out last year as they were stoning my jack russell. They scare the pigeons off the roof by banging a stick against there top window on the gutter. They throw water over my young birds when they cant fly. My birds now land up the road and sometimes not all of them will come in. They also out plastic bags on there washing line.
