I have a pair of late breds that paired up and want to start laying,should i open the nest boxes and encourage them to start laying or is it too early :-/ iam not worried about putting rings on them as they will not be raced next year?

Would a 6 x 6 shed be suitable to house my stock birds if i make sure there is good ventalation in there :-/
