Hi everyone. Thanks very much for your help. On the birds right foot there's a blue band with the number GB0811720 and on the left foot there's a rubber ring reading 8933. On the right outer wing there's a telephone number 01922 868 378. We've caught the little one and he's in a box with some water and food for the night. if someone could please contact me on the number given or 07980 927747 we'll happily hand it over. Hello there. I am inexperienced when it comes to pigeons so I'm sorry if my information is vague. I live in a new flat complex in Bristol and over the last few nights we have had a new lodger to our balcony. The bird does not seemed distressed but keeps returning and making a mess! We have noticed it has two tags, one with the prefix GB. The bird is however quite nervous, making it difficult for us to read the other tags. I don't want to try and catch it in case I do the bird any harm. If someone could please advise me as to what to do, I'd like to get it reunited with it's owner. The flats are on West Street in Bedminster if anyone is familiar with the Bristol area, and if there is anyone near who'd like to come and look after the bird, we'll be happy to give you access to catch it.
