First thing I do if I get a bird reported by a non fancier is check the ring list and find a club which is close to where the bird is,ring the sec.and explain the situation and ask him or her if they have a member living close by or could they suggest someone to you inthe area who could pick it up and check it over,never had a problem,done it myself for other fanciers as well.

    WELL THATS ALL MY YOUNG BIRDS GET AND THEY WENT ALL THROU THE YOUNG BIRD PROGRAM NO PROBLEM PUT 20 TO 230 MILES AND GOT 18 BACK LOST THE TWO ENGLISH BIRDS I HAD LEFT AND ALL THEY WERE GETING IN THE RACE PROGRAM WAS A ONCE A DAY THATS WAS IT

     

    im looking to the future with the ybs feed plenty trainin 1/ 2 times aweek 25 miles and  win from 60 / 200 in all winds the harder the better for them . if i wanted to win 60 mile only ive feed to the tin  1oz . ive got some cracker 4 /5 /6 year olds.

  4. nesting on the floor could be a good motivation in the racing season . had apair with 1 youngster on floor 14 days old took the hen away 5 days befor the race when the cock was out flying put the hen back in to feed it then took away [ flyin nataural then ] sent the cock to race national 1st section in a very hard race vel 600 10 hour fly .
