GB13N 35174, feeding in garden Lympstone, Devon

This bird has taken up residence in my garden. Three days now. Tried on several occasions to catch it, without success. It's eating, drinking and spends the night on the house roof, not a very nice experience last night. Location: Piperdam, Angus. Any advice?
