i am looking for the best way of finding the owner of a pigeon whick came into my loft its full ring number is SK58-06-03307 can anyone help thanks

i have a SK 06 pigeon which came into my loft not for the first time last year. when it came in last season it was wing stamped and i got the pigeon sent back to northern ireland this time i cannot read the phone number and i would like to contact the owner if any of you can help please let me know
