hi all. i have got a yearling cock that has just started to pair up. i have it locked in a box with the hen. i just noticed the cock doesn't seem able to stand up. i put it on the floor and it flapped its wings to move away. is this serious?

i booked online wednesday, to have 4 y/b' collected from jimmy white, thursday. i have to book online due to being in merseyside. we can't pay cash on delivery. i was awoken by amtrak at 7 am to inform me the birds are in warrington and can't be delivered due to them not working today. i explained they are only babies and i wasn't prepaired to leave them another night without food & water, so could i collect them. i was told i couldn't, but he is going to wales with his wife today, but i can meet him on a motorway that he is going to be going along. i can't drive, so my taxi (dad) is going to meet him. i don't understand why they booked the order if they couldn't deliver on time, especially live birds.

i was informed to creosote the wood and leave it outside to dry for 48 hrs.

hi. i made some shelves for my yb's, left them to dry for 48 hrs. now i have put them in my loft they still smell strongly of creosote. will this harm the birds? am i best taking the shelves back out for a few more days?

i don't know enough about pigeons to know who is a top fancier. but a top guy on here is jimmy white. he has helped me from the beggining and given me a lot of helpful advice. i can honestly say, if it wasn't for jimmy i would of packed in by now. i haven't had much luck with the birds,due to things constantly going wrong. but jimmy has always helped me threw it. so thank you very much jimmy, my friend ;D

thank you all for your suggestions. i have a large dog, but it is dopy (can't have a nasty one, due to my son being young). when i moved into this house, i had planned to get a electric fence and will do hopefully in the next few weeks,along with a security light and cctv. for the time being i have purchased a infra red motion censor off ebay and will be getting a baby monitor. a family member has also just dropped a crossbow off for me,so i feel sorry for them if they return tonight and i hear them
