The colour is an ash red spread carrying black (spread blue), also known as strawberry or lavender in the fancy. Usually birds of this colour are cocks as a hen cant carry a second colour.

Just read in Colin Walkers book that this is great for spray the loft/birds against mites and lice, cant find much info on it though, does anyone know if its available over here?
