I have tried to use the details from the http://www.rpra.org/ web site to report this pigeon, but the email address nwhu@blueyonder.co.uk is bouncing back.
There are no contact details for WHU pigeons on there (only NWHU), so I decided to report it here:

Ring Number: WHU 2007 D 12009 - Also had a blue ring, more like a tie wrap, no number and a pink rubber ring with the number 0685
I am very sorry to report this pigeon was found dead on Friday 24th August at 5 pm in our front garden. No much was left of it and I suspect it has been attacked by a cat.
Please help pass this message on to the owner.
