Its hard not to want to feed grit! Lots of fanciers swear by it. Is it natural for them to use/want it?

nice lofts

hey sammy, you have a loft for me?
-
when they make pigeons games on x box, play station, then youngsters may get into it.
This would help alot! game would have virtual pets that breed, prize money,training......It remind me of DOCWE (the horse racing game. It could happen...

I read that some fanciers only breed 1 egg,so the parents really have a easier job,and the newborne is spoiled. 3 , just seems like too much stress on all the birds. Just an opinion from someone yet to own any....lol:)

anyone offering complete loft plans...or a un wanted loft???
(starter loft)
-
I think most fanciers would say"grit is important to a pigeons diet" Why did I read a post that said it was not even needed? They race with or without it just the same. What is the truth???

Well, looks like I'm starting a loft in july. I'ts to late to race, but my plan is to train some late ybs so i have old birds next year. I am new to pigeons(never owned a bird..lol) I will have a loft about 10x12(starter loft for awile). Is it ok to mix ybs and old birds? I plan on seperating the sexes. Is this a good idea? (thinking down the road) What would you do? I welcome all advice.
