Well only my own thought but people cheat with clocks ive even heard of one that had the bottom machined out of it so i recon some boffin will find out a way of boosting the signal or some thing in time.
isnt the point of racing gettin the bird in not walking over a pad some where on the loft, bad traps trying to get them in is all part of the game
Whats goin to be next sticking the pads all over the house roof so they dont even hit the loft
If the young stock had been breeding for 2 seasons n not produced they would have been disposed of as soon as the last young bird race was over to make way for younger stock
A 5 year old breeder producing would be left in there loaned out or sold it all depends on what you think of the bird your replacing him with
personaly i think it works like this you get winners every year but personally i like birds 2_3 year only max in the widow loft n if your stock are still producing winners you have 2 options sell proven stock or sell the winners.
I always try 2 new pairs in the stock loft every year but if there are 3 cocks 3 years old and won only then 2 go in and 1 is sold.
It boils down to keep your loft young
Ok ill put my two pennys worth in if a meeting was called and every member wasnt notified about it the meeting is out of order and any thing passed the region will throw out
I think it boils down to 1 thing 99% talk a good pigeon but in the ends there just cowards
has any one seen or tryed these g10 pellets my corn dealers got 20 bags on order an i wondering about having one to mix with the homaform n groats i feed when chipping so if you know any thing about how big the pellets are and how the birds take to them it will make me mind up
Spoken to the Daughter and brother and the cash raised will be goin to buy a realy decent cup for them members of his club to fly for Best bird been mentioned but if we get enough it will be 1 for old bird and 1 for young birds
This will be some ones lucky day
This morning i had a visitor . In 1999 i let a good fancier have a few birds with the agreement that if any thing ever happened they would br returned to me. Well his brother informed me today of his passing away but in his loft book it was stated that these birds had to be returned.
Ive all my pairs settled and no room and sinc then i brought another strain in so i am offering them for sale.
