thanks to everyone who has gave there valued opinion on this matter i've just spoken to to the owner of the pigeon & he told me that he has had 5 pigeons reported including this one all over the country & they have all been shaking & rocking so he ask me to put it out of its misery it turns out he has had to kill all his pigeons due to them doing the same thing i told him what has been said on here & he said thanks for the advice he took one of them to the vets & he was buffled what it could be
