you will see the House of Aarden are 2010 ybs and that i stopped racing in 2011 and gifted the team of ybs that were trained and given 2 fed races to a friend. As broken in birds this year they have held their own for him, he is not a very competive flyer. If they were breeding winners galore they would not be for sale for 125 a pair would they?? But they are not crap either?? They are relatively intested as you world get by buting from a stud??

Distance Grizzles for sale as I reduce my numbers down to 24 birds in total: These birds all decend from a Son of Jan Polders Black Magic Woman, a Jos Thone Grizzle hen (Poco Valencia bloodlines) from John Searle and gdtrs of Invincible Spirit. 3 2011 Grizzle Cocks (1st Generation my breeding) These 3 cocks were well trained in a club transporter out to 50 miles then got 2 Fed races as yb’s in 2011, 2011 is when I last raced. Sire is a direct Jan Polder and a Son of Black Magic Woman Dam is from John Searle Poco Valencia bloodlines These cocks are images of each other and clearly show their Jos Thone Grizzle heritage?? I still have 5 the same way bred in my loft as part of my team, I just need make some hard decisions to cut down to the numbers stated. 40 sterling each plus carriage – gsons of BMW will cost you 200 mark from breeders and these ones have raced?? 2 2012 Grizzle Cocks (2nd Generation my breeding) Bred from the cocks above and/or their brothers crossed with my Invincible Spirit lines. Stock only. 20 sterling each plus carriage 4 2013 Grizzle Cocks (2nd Generation my breeding) Same way bred as above 2 2012 cocks but later bred, hatched August this year. Stock only, these will be mature enough for breeding come March. They are not through the moult yet and these birds, like most, don’t look at their best until through the first moult. 15 sterling each plus carriage These birds tend to be white ish grizzles until they moult then they turn more Grey or Slate Grey Grizzles, typical Thone Grizzles.

I purchased this pair and a son of Nadal from Jan at the backend of 2010, the son of BMW offered was a later bred. I only bred 2 rounds from him in 2011 (1 round floated), but paired him with a Jos Thone grizzle hen - 2 reasons for pairing him with the Thone hen - I wanted a team of grizzles based on the Polders and the hen Jan picked for him being more mature paired with another cock. In 2012 I left him with the Thone hen and paired the hen of the pair offered to his son when crossed with the grizzle hen. And thats how breeding as progressed, as I said I wanted a family of distance Grizzles so I have kept most of the direct Grizzles bred for myself. A few that I have gifted to friends to test have flown well but as yet the oldest of those gifted are only yearlings, you would not expect much from them until later in life? Current breeding is the R O Jones cock mentioned in my other Ads is paired with the Thone hen and the son of Nadal with a gdtr of the son of BMW x Thone hen. I mention this to show that the reason for breeding as i have is me genuinely putting together a 'family' of grizzles. Note I stopped racing in 2011 for a number of reasons. Elfed
