Who uses this product in the drink? Is it good to keep the birds healthy?
  3. Thinking of bringing in some new pigeons to fly long races. Who would you recommend going to get some.
  4. I mix half redstone, half mixed grit. That way they have plenty of redstone but a little shell grit also if needed.
  5. Why do some fanciers give Nystatin after they treat with antibiotics?? What's the Benifits and is it nessicary.
  6. During the racing season what days of the week would you put cider vinegar in the water, and can it go in with other things like naturaline & garlic?
  7. Cheers All. I now have some Latebreds that have good long distance blood in them.
  8. I'm looking to bring in some new 500 to 700 mile family of birds from a fancier, ideally from South (below) of the Midlands. Any ideas who would be best.
  9. What's a Tim?
  10. Hi All. What do you all think of Nystatin? Is it used if you feel you have used to many Canker & Orni products during the season and that leads to a build up of Yeast in the crop?? Does it work? Thanks
  11. I have had 3 of my 9 stock pairs have 2 rounds of clear eggs in a row. They are young pairs, the oldest is 2009. They filled every egg last season? Why do you think this could be? Could there be a dominate Cock who keeps knocking the cock off his hen maybe???
  12. I have a bird with a one eyed cold. Will it ever be back to 100%? So basicly what do you think Kill OR Cure???
  13. I have noticed when i put in fresh grit (which is every other day) my birds only eat the Red Stone in it and leave all the other "white stuff" like the shell. Can you give the pigeons 100% Red Stone and no other for of grit as they seem to only eat the red stone as it is.
  14. I have had alot of clear eggs this season. I treated for Paratyphoid 8 weeks before pairing, could this be why? Or was it the cold snap and snow when I paired?
  15. I have an 2001 retired race cock who in his day was a brilliant racer for me, But since I retired him he has been with a few different hens and only really bred One top race bird. Do you think that his good racing characteristics can skip a generation and his Grand Children may be good racers?
