Been trying to get hold of the owner and have left 2 messages! What should i do obviousley dont want to keep the pidgeon confined for too long as he will think i am his owner!

Thank you Lindsay, he lives not far from me, i hope i did the right thing in catching him i was so worried about cats getting him.

Found behind my garden gate and followed my sister and tried to get indoors! Have currently got him in a indoor rabbit cage with seed and water. Had to catch him as so many cats around plus it was pouring with rain. He is a lovely looking bird and appears to be in good health
