fifers hit the nail on the head in all my years with the glw fed i dont remember the delegate s report to the members thats because it never happend and iam sure mosts feds the same the ordinery fancier just aint interested and even now 85 % probibly still dont care a jot as can be seen by the attendance at agms

but now members are aware somthings not right prop/sec 28 days before agm its got to be to be voted on dont keep blaming my members for taking advantage of the rule book we did not write it the forum members know well the position we were in

that will depend on whats in it frank at this stage it seems it will have to wait till agm then the members will decide which should have happened all along instead of the constant bickering

simple solution ballot every member let the members decide as delegates dont always vote the way the members want its fairer than waiting for the agm when only a small percentage turn up
