Fi Fi

I found a baby pigeon on the side of the road in November 2006, although she eats well, her feathers seem to be taking forever to grow, especially under her wings, and her wings do not have the long flight feathers yet they are so tiny. Her tail is just a little stub. What can I do any help would be much appreciated, she is a wood pigeon and i am very attached to her now. thanks .xx
